What you'll do inside the programme

You will create the documents real teams use: scoping documents, WBS, RAID management, and RACI. You will learn how to think, plan, and communicate like a delivery professional.
2) Week 4: Live client project
You join a live client project with developers, designers, and marketers. Daily stand-ups, sprints, reviews, and retros. This is where confidence becomes real experience.
3) Portfolio and proof
You turn your delivery work into 2 to 3 case studies with a structure employers recognise, and you learn how to present your role clearly.
4) Interview readiness
Mock interviews and story frameworks so you can answer confidently using your case studies, not vague statements.
5) Job search system
Weekly targets and a simple process you can follow consistently without burnout.
